UK to NorthAmerica plug adapters for powered monitors with adjustable voltage?

Guys I'm in the process of acquiring some powered monitors from the UK
The amplifiers have a voltage switch that can be adjusted to 120v
Can anybody advise on how I now plug these into my wall?  I'm presuming I need an adapter that does not further adjust voltage in any way?

If these use IEC cables, just replace the cables.

But yes, assuming they have a convenient 220/120V switch on the back, all you need is the physical adapter.
You can use an adaptor. But I would replace the plug. Either way, neither of these is anything more than a connection. Voltage change requires a transformer. When you switch voltage on the amp what you are really doing is changing the input taps on the transformer.
