the ultimate solution for vinylphiles????

Saw something similar recently on eBay from a Japanese seller. but it was more toy-like. 10" is surely a stopper for any one other than the "must own the latest novelty" sort of person. Who probably wants it to make records to play on his Levitating turntable. Seems to be in the category of having the ultimate UNSP---- Unique (non) Selling Point, doomed to be a "rare" item when put up for sale on eBay in 2045.
Interesting, yes would like to hear from a user....but I really think the idea is in no way any good.
While I'm super curious to see this thing and hear the results, the idea does seem to be perfect for a Portlandia episode.
I think blowing your own glass and melting alloy for home tube making is also a great idea...I spent months hammering a gold bar into useable speaker wire...you do what ya gotta do!
Almost up there with USB recording Crosleys. Blanks to be $10 a pop. Stylus lasts 100 cuts. The Wired article is incorrect on some info. Better to read the phonocut site instead.
I do not know as I would be so quick to dismiss it out of hand utterly.
Be interesting to hear from anybody who actually buys one and the results.
I can't wait.......

😉😉
JUST what we all need. I think I'll leave the cutting to analog productions.
