Speaker and Cable Suggestions Please

@diminishedchord Are you getting the speakers to listen by yourself or for many people or even in another room? If it is just for yourself, and you like the uber detail of the Paradigm Persona B, then the RAAL SR1a earphone would work amazingly with your amp. It is very much like a 2-channel near-field presentation.

I know a few people that sold very expensive systems, such as Magico based, to go with just the SR1a. I finally bettered my SR1a system (for late night) with my 2-channel in my office and Livingroom, but it was not easy.

I am using a 20-watt Schitt Aegir for my setup.

Thanks @marco1. Your sentiments seems to be the consensus in this discussion. I am going to try some old Paradigm monitors I’ve had in the garage for about ten years first. If they don’t work out, I will then try some Aerial Acoustic Model 6s I’ve had in my closet for a while. I remember really liking the sound they produced. If I wash out with those, then I’ll be on the look out for some used Dynaudio Contour 20i or may consider Fritz Speaker Carrera be. Sadly, Paradigm Persona Bs are way out of my budget. Thank you to all in this forum for your considered suggestions. I feel a lot more comfortable going forward.

after you are settled with your amp, get a few different manufacturers of cables and listen to what pleases you.....(I think Audioquest is for me)...but listen for yourself
