Repair in New Orleans?

He will fix it same day for an extra fee, move you to the front of the line. He fixed a tube amp while I waited in the shop.

I brought a piece to digital rehab for repair, seems like a decent fellow. Hours are 12 to 6. Half a day Saturday.

Digital Rehab in Slidell. He was Wilson Audios repair guy for 20 years. I brought a couple things to him with good luck, I believe he is still an authorized Audio Research repair center but can work on anything.

Who ever they are an arm of I'm sure they're not cheap. A retail storefront, I'd rather deal with an individual who works out of his garage with 40 years experience myself. I suspect they'd not work on just any vintage gear? I'm gonna call them today and see what they're all about. 
Meanwhile I have another more pressing problem with a single board computer without an OS  I can't seem to rectify myself. This takes precedence.

I found a place in st Tammany called Digital rehab, I assume they repair all kinds of gear. Maybe they will work out for you, there located on Gauze blvd in Slidell 

Looks like Wb Audio is still around. And close to home. Wish they had better reviews.

Wilson always made me feel like an interloper.

@ bruno...the guy on the westbank is probably Tom Sima. I used to take my Phase Linear 400s to him back in the '80's. If he still has the same business name that would be Westbank Audio.

@matt...with the passing of Doug Wilson a few months ago, I am uncertain of the status of Wilson Audio.

Wilson Audio has been in the New Orleans area for decades selling and fixing stereos, call one of their locations near you.

I'm in need of some vintage gear repair in the same locale, I hear of an old man on the West Bank but haven't looked him up. I also seen an add from a guy in Lafayette who claims to be a tech.
