Psvane Audio ??? Service ??
Well I have a Psvane T-845 SET amplifier that I would like to get some information on, but there's a problem.....No body seems to know anything, I could use a schematic in case I need to do any service work.....Maybe this is the typical Chinese product that is designed to be discarded if it doesn't power up ??? I'd be glad to buy a schematic if anyone knows who has one.........THANKS

Bummer, sorry to hear that. Easy to buy spare PSVANE tubes, not so easy to buy spare PSVANE amps, argh. I kinda wondered where those amps were from originally and kinda disappeared; and we know Grant Fidelity had some unplanned life-business changes and such, hmm. Hahah maybe ditch the guts of that amp, re-use the chassis and transformers and build an Autospec Laboratory West limited out of it :), partially kidding - maybe. Good luck Will! |
Thanks for your quick reply, If you are referring to Grant in Canada they made no bones about the fact, that if I didn't buy it from them they would offer no help....I even told them that it originally came from them and they said since I didn't personally purchase it from them they were not interested in helping me......In fact I pointed out to them, that is the weak point in purchasing Chinese electronics is you can't service them.....You just through them away.................They could care less |
@autospec Hey Will, maybe try GF psvanetube dot com in Canada if you’ve not tried reaching out directly overseas already. They are a North America distributor of tubes that use to deal with amps as you probably know - but they might provide a first lead, or get you an inside email address for schematics, fwiw. http://psvanetube.com/wordpress/warranty-return-factory-direct-tube-amplifiers/ |
