Outstanding Custom Dust Covers

For those of you looking for high quality and affordable dust covers, I recommend you consider Digital Deck Covers. I have been looking for dust covers for my audio equipment and stumbled upon this source during an internet search. The dust covers are custom made to precise measurements to perfectly fit your equipment. I ordered and received beautifully made black vinyl covers for PrimaLuna EVO300, Yamaha A-S2100, and Onkyo A-9070 integrated amplifiers. I am not associated with the firm, but simply wish to inform fellow music lovers of this source to protect your gear. The link is:  http://www.digitaldeckcovers.com/

+1…I’ve had at least 9 or 10 covers made from them.  Fantastic company, great product and reasonable prices! One of my favorite companies!!

In response to a question I received regarding which dust cover option I selected, my decision is based on the following description: "A medium-weight vinyl fabric that simulates the look and feel of leather with soft, fuzzy polyester (feels like flannel) underneath to softly cover and protect your equipment.  This is a great choice for sensitive surfaces that need a gentle fabric!"

I had my first 6 or 7 covers made out of that same material.  Looks kinda like leather and had a soft fabric inside.

The last 3 I had made out of the Double-Sided Quilted Black Nylon.  These are really cool.

"This ultra premium fabric has even more padding, and features a quilted satin nylon fabric on both sides. This anti-static dust cover is double-stuffed with polyester insulation in-between, giving you the ultimate in protection for your equipment. The interior of this fabric is also very gentle on surfaces, and recommended for sensitive items!"

@rock-on @mofimadness  Thanks for the heads-up! I just ordered 4 covers Double sided quilt for tube amplifier and tube preamp. Vinyl for solid state amp and DAC.

@mesch...SWEET!  You should really like them.

I've been a customer of DDC for many, many years and have always been extremely pleased.

Let us know when you get them...

I had Digital Deck Covers make covers for my entire main system. Black low gloss vinyl.  Virtually all covers have flaps at the back. This eases installation and removal.

@mofimadness I will get back once they arrive. I felt it was a small price to pay considering the investment I have in the gear.

I just ordered one for my BAT VK-33 pre-amp ... black, double quilted, with open back to accommodate cabling. Reasonable price. Hope it lives up to the hype.

Any chance of getting some pictures of these covers?Do they fit snugly or are they a loose, one size fit all's type of cover?

I suggest going to the Digital Deck Covers website and viewing the photos accompanying the various options available. Also, there are several photos posted by satisfied customers.

My experience is they fit snugly but are manufactured to easily be removed and placed. The dust cover dimensions are tailored specifically to fit your equipment or the measurements you provide. Based on my experience with the Yamaha, Onkyo and PrimaLuna covers I received, they are not a one size fits all product.

I strongly encourage you to double check your measurements before placing an order. Also think about your preference for an open versus closed dust cover fit. I opted for an open back to accommodate interconnects, since all of my audio systems are in use on a daily basis. If you wish to have a dust cover for equipment long term storage, you may want a snug fit in the back. Finally, do not hesitate to contact Courtney if you have questions or need suggestions based on your equipment surfaces.

+1 @rock-on  I received my covers and find them to be everything I was hoping for. When ordering I added a little distance to the depth to account for cables. In hindsight I believe I would consider the open back or a flap back approach. That said my covers fit well and are easy to place and remove. The double quilted version work well for tube components with exposed tubes.

I recommend these covers!

They seem worth the $ ask & I'm probably getting a Black Cotton one for my SimAudio 240i BUT, I wish they would go the extra mile & offer custom embroidery instead of the maker logo on the front..

mesch -- I am happy to see you share my satisfaction with the custom dust covers. Thank you for the feedback.

freediver -- I appreciate your point regarding the logo. I opted to have no logo. It would have been nice to have the equipment brand, but the company constraint regarding licensing is understandable.
