The pass/int 150 of all you mention is probably the best of all you have mentioned...used/obtainable when you cab find.The newer m6is is supposed to be refined version.
I also would consider the hegel 160...yes it is more money.Getting to a place were your not constantly upgrading and taking the hit is just...well ideal...and I assure you I didn't do that but if you can...don't cheap skate.
I like bang for buck too...but refinement is ultimately is what I think you would want...higher wattage amps do offer that sense of scale and dynamics that a lesser wattage amp cant give...pairing/cables/teaks,ect and setup is crucial as well.
When considering a piece of gear...call manufacturer to as what speaker they would consider?
