"The only way to do that is become a "real" audiophile. Generally speaking, as the level of equipment goes up, you need to have greater knowledge and experience in order to use it to get good sound. Spending money and getting a system that sounds good to you are 2 completely different things. Buying from reviews and comments is not a good strategy."

I've been curious about Musical Fidelity and how people here think they stack up; I almost pulled the trigger on some NAD pieces, opting instead for better speakers for my Rega Elicit-R. However, would be curious, too, about Musical Fidelity.
