Melco Audio N100 Won't Pair with App

I recently purchased a Melco N 100 and D 100.

I also purchased an iPad iOS 18, and installed the Melco Music HD app to use with the N 100.  The app opens and shows a list of streaming options like Qobuz, Pandora, Apple Air Play, and others, but it does not show or communicate at all with the N 100.  Melco Audio has no customer support phone number.  I tried e-mailing them twice about this issue, and have received no response.

Does anyone know how to get the Music HD app to communicate with the N 100?  Is there any way to contact Melco's customer service?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Support for Melco in North America is provided by Luxman.

I’ve had good support in the past from Jeff Sigmund who is the President of Luxman America as well as from his colleague, Matthew Doyle.

My audio dealer's computer tech may have found the problem.  He ran a few ping tests and discovered that UPnP in my router is not turned on.  I have to contact my internet provider and have it unlocked to allow UPnP. I'll let you know if it works.

Jeff Sigmund's phone number is (781) 608-1044.

The Melco Music HD app on my iPad Air2 stopped working on my N1Z server after I upgraded the iOS to the latest version 15.8.3.  This is also the case with the mconnect app.  The error message displayed is: "please connect the melco compatible device to your network apple ipad music hd app".

I'm thinking that a security patch in the update is causing a conflict with the app to connect to a network device.  In my case all my music server devices are listed for access but will not connect to the app.

I’m on vacation and away from my server but thanks for the update.  Something to look forward to on my return!
