Maggie LRS+ terminal issue

Does anyone have any idea of why I can't get any kind of banana plug into the back of one of the Maggie LRS+ panels? The stock holes are supposed to be the same width, yet this doesn't seem to be the case. No matter what kind of plug I try, it won't go in.
Please see video attached. It shows that it's not the banana plug itself, as it fits into the other slot (that's just for demonstration purposes - I'm aware of hooking positive and negative correctly).

Any ideas?

I see - just backed out the screw, made an adjustment on the top set screw that was in too far, and voila - success! Thanks secretguy and ketchup

I had LRS and LRS+ and both accepted the bananas on my Analysis Plus and Cerious GE cables...yes, you must loosen the screw on the terminal initially...

Yes, bananas work fine.  Unscrew the set screw, insert the banana, then lightly snug up the set screw on the part of the banana that tapers down.

Been a while since I owned Magneplanars, but from my recall, they don't accept bananas. I used Audioquest speaker cable and had them fitted with "Maggie pins" which were different than bananas but fit my MG2.6's perfectly

Thanks - I'll see if I can find some Maggie pins. I emailed Eric over at Magnepan to see if he has any suggestions. It's just weird because everything I read says they now accept regular banana pins. And it's just one terminal that has the issue.
