LTA Ultralinear 12AU7’s

Add Mazda, Cifte and Radiotechnique to your list.They fall somewhere in the middle of the warm-cool spectrum

Very happy with the Radiotechniqes I got from B. Jesse.

First off I have a different preamp and power amps, however I’ve tried a large portion of that list. I recommend that you look at the 12AU7 description page at Brent Jesse’s web site. I did find my profound like for Tekefunkens in one of my amps didn’t carry over to a different brand. I find that list interesting based on where the smooth plate Tekefunken is Vs the ribbed plate version. One tube not on your list is the nickel plate Seimens and they are bright. Also a very desirable tube that I don’t have is the Mazda nickel plate. I’ve personally only tried the basic Mullard and I didn’t care for it at all. It was like throwing a blanket over my speakers. I’m sure that someone that has the same product will come in and that’s what you’ve asked for and that’s important. Maybe also contact LTA and Andy at Vintage Tube.
