I want to use LPS on my Verizon Fios Router. The stock 2.5mm DC cable is too large so bought a 2.1mm and still too large. Does anyone know the DC cable size?
Should that affect performance of the router? esp. sound reproduction?
Most likely if stock is SPS and using ethernet DAC.
Been rolling ethernet cables and can’t believe Supra CAT8 made such an improvement so want to try LPS on router. Funny is Supra is the least expensive cable.
Hmm, thanks for letting me know. I'd be interested to know if the LPS makes a difference. There is a UK company offering a wall wart with integrated battery, for power outages. I wonder if that would be another tack. B
Yes an LPS makes a big difference with a router, cleans up the noise along with grounding the router to a grounding box like Entreq using a Ethenet port to grounding box especially if your using a ethernet dac or streaming.
