I would reach out to Lamm and leave a message for Elina, Vlad's wife/widow, telling her briefly what you need. I have the ML2, a completely different amp and the first thing Vlad told me to do was to buy a Fluke meter. But your amp has built in meters so maybe you can avoid that cost (the Flukes are good, but are not cheap). They are still in the process of getting back up and running but should be able to help you out even if it is a simple instruction sheet on settings. You could try a legacy dealer, depending on where you are, but it is an older amp-- and depending on the dealer they might not know much.
PS: she is a very nice woman and kept the business running when Vlad was still with us. Some things have changed with his passing and their move to Florida but she would be my first point of contact only b/c I've talked to her many times.
