Help Logging in to Qobuz with Teac NT 505

Is anyone else having a problem accessing Qobuz using the HR or LUMIN steaming app with a Teac NT 505? I get a message saying Logging in to Qobuz after I enter my credentials but it never connects.

 Thanks

Are you using a VPN?  If so, try turning it off and see if you can log in.

Make sure you have the most current system and network firmware -

Yes, solid Network light and I’m able to stream Apple Music in the network mode…will try to delete the app…again…thanks

Another option is to delete the app and then reinstall.  Could be a glitch in the app you have loaded.

Is Qobuz the only streaming service you use?  Does your Teac have a solid volume and number light when in the Net setting?  Just making sure you are fully connected to the internet with your Teac.  Early models had some issues.  Mine did and had to be repaired.

If you use Android, it's an app that will work with Tidal and Qobuz and network shares and control the NT-505.  It's 3 or 4 bucks to license.  I think you can trial it for free.

Thanks…I have the same setup…Teac is connected to an ASUS router…the problem is with Qobuz, which never completes the login after I enter my credentials…I’ve stopped trying to use the HR or LUMIN app…glad I have a Bluesound Node as an alternative

The Teac NT-505 needs to be hard wired to your internet to stream best.  I believe you can do Blu Tooth through an IPhone or similar device, but the quality won’t be the same.

I am no expert on this machine, but what I did was get a router extender and then ran an Ethernet cord from the Teac to the extender.  I then set the Teac for NET and it found my network.

Then on the settings in the app, I found the Qobuz setting to log in.  I logged in and all was good.

I recently changed the wifi system but I’m not thinking that should have any effect on the Teac...is this correct? Would be easier if there was a WiFi login to the Teac...

I am not familiar with the Teac, but changing wifi could be your issue. If you don't have the Teac set to a static IP on your router, you may have lost that connection.

I have the NT505 but dont stream Qobuz That said, I suspect you may need to reboot the system, IE the modem & router.

I have a Lumin and an NT-505 so one app controls both. I just checked and Qobuz still is logged in and works fine. I only use the Lumin app, not the Teac one. Roon also works fine.
