Happy Friday gents

Listening has been really tough the last several months for - reasons.  Too damn busy really.  Insert world's smallest violin here.

Finally everyone out of the house on a Friday evening.  Came home from work and fired up the system.  Switched out my Viennas for the LRS/REL T9x combo.  Deftly powered by my Hegel h360.  Play a few tracks and fiddled with placement.  Now dialed in and geez, just gorgeous. A frosty Old Fashioned and away we go.

Hope all you fellow 'philes are well.

Peace, and music, of course.

Why it's Bourbon of course!  Never much cared for rye.  Trader Joe's $15.99 is not bad at all.  (Trying to save a few bucks these days.)

Very funny blast from the past, thanks!

"What could possibly go wrong with an Old Fashioned"

1 min. 23 seconds of pure funny. HERE: Classic.

Awesome post and happy belated Friday! Just finished a late dinner relaxing with the MPS sampler Reunion in the Black Forest. Happy listening all!

I envy you, I don’t know if I will be able to relax until November and then maybe not again for the following four years

You’re not alone. It’s vital in such times to find activities that bring your focus into the present moment. I find writing poetry, guitar playing and music listening helpful in this regard. There are also many spiritual practices designed to take you to that still place. Constant anxiety within will not improve matters without.

Nice post - it’s wonderful when everything clicks and you can sit back and enjoy what you have.
