I love listening to music DVDs. While there are many I enjoy, my personal favorite is the Cream - Reunion Concert - Royal Albert Hall. How about you?

try also

Black Eyed Peas Sydney to Vegas - the Sydney concert is very good sound quality - keith Harris is awesome

Tom Petty Soundstage - with Steve Ferrone a veritable jet engine

Huey Lewis Live at 25 - with bill Gibson another jet engine

Rush Exit Stage left - in their absolute prime - Neil Perat at his very best - good sound poor video quality though

Robbie Williams - Live at the Albert Hall (rat pack tribute) - this is one for the ladies - absolutely superb show - makes Michael Buble look like a complete amateur and actually gives Frank Sinatra a run for his money.
The Last Waltz (Special Edition)
Led Zeppelin
Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Rust Never Sleeps - The Concert Film
If you like blues, try Joe Bonamassa's Live from Royal Hall blue ray. Very talented musician and singer/songwriter..If you're a Pink Floyd fan(and even if you're not) rent or buy "Remember The Night" David Gilmour Live at The Royal Albert Hall Blue Ray Disc. It was truly a disc to remember!
Sigur Ros HEIMA. Amazing documentary that follows the band as it tours Iceland four years ago. Mind-blowing scenery with richly imagined music by a band many people in the UK believe is the equal of Radiohead. Can't recommend this too much--stands out in every fashion. Very dreamlike.
The best concert DVD I have ever seen is Stop Making Sense, by The Talking Heads. They Hired Jonathan Demme to direct it. This was before Demme was a well known Hollywood director. The combination of the video quality, filmed on 35mm,and sound and performance quality, make this one. tough to beat. Of course if you are not a fan of the band then none of this means squat. Finally one of the extras on the disc where lead singer David Byrne interviews himself is a classic example of sublime surrealism.
Second Stop Making Sense. In addition to the visual and sonic excellence, the band was at the peak creatively when made and the addition of members of Parliament Funkadelic give them a whole new sound.
I have a few:

Clapton Crossroads - 2007 Chicago Disc 1 (Susan Tedeschi is awesome)
AKUS Live
Roy Orbison - Black & White Nights (check out all those youngn's!)
Bonnie Raitt & Friends
Norah Jones (w/Dolly & Alison)
Cowboy Junkies - Trinity Revisited
Multiple Stones but only specific cuts
Chieftains - Down the old plank road
Knofler/Harris - Real Live Roadrunning
Loreens McKennitt - Nights of Alhambra
I wasn't aware that "Knofler/Harris" had a DVD. I love their "All The Roadrunning" CD so I must get the DVD. You guys named some real classics..."Rust Never Sleeps" "The Last Waltz" and "Stop Making Sense" are among my favorites.

Some of my other faves are Bruce Springsteen with the Sessions Band: Live In Dublin

The Eagles - Farewell 1 Tour - Live From Melbourne

And for you old school country western fans, pick up The Best of the Johnny Cash TV Show....killer stuff.
Yes on the Live in Dublin DVD, forgot that one - incredible, over the top horn section. If you buy the Real Live Roadrunning CD it comes with a DVD. Nice package I wish there were more of from bands we may not get to see live in person. One more good one is Springsteen's Hammersmith DVD.
03-14-10: Audiofeil
Queen at Wembley.

That is an absolutely awesome concert. The sound is not that good but the show is incredible.

Roger Taylor is in top form and they play everything with a little more edge and speed. The rendition of John Deacon's "I want to Break Free" at this concert is the best version they ever did - they really sped it up and they are extremely tight.

Meanwhile, for a good laugh, enjoy the best version of One Vision One Dump, One Turd, Two Tits, John Deacon, chicken feed babe! One heart, one soul, One sex Position! One shrimp, one frog, one clap, one chicken!... One of their joke takes actually made to the album recording - did anyone notice?

These guys were all fun and extremely intelligent/talented. Brian May studied Physics.
many of my fav's are listed already. I didn't see Alison Kraus & Union Station Live - it's amazing in every way if you like the band. Also, Neil Young Heart of Gold, and Peter Gabriel Up Live.

I think Mapman and I must have been separated at birth - his list is mine, except I don't have the Beatles. Steve Hackett Somewhere in South America is also great. Other Camel DVD's are worth having if you like the band, maybe even if you don't except they're all 2 channel.
Alice in Chains - Unplugged
Fleetwood Mac - The Dance

Elvis Costello - Live in Memphis
Elvis' performances of Monkey to Man, Pump It Up, Allison, and I still miss someone w/ Emmy Lou Harris are just awesome.

Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense
Gwen Stefani - Harijuku
