Requsite Audio makes cables for the recording industry but will sell to you. http://requisiteaudio.com/studio-cables/ I haven't tried them but in a review of about a dozen coax cables, the reviewer, not knowing the price, though their $55 coax to be in the $500 range. All the best, Nonoise |
Canare https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/194514-REG/Canare_CXLRP_XLRJ_6B_G_CXLRP_XLRJ_6B_G_Star_Quad.h... I personally own these and they are outstanding for the money. I use them primarily for mic cables but have used them in my system and sound very good. I built my own with Neutrik XLRs so can’t 100% say these are as good but if you have never built cables or know how to solder then here you go. |
Check out Audio Circle they tend to let cables go for cheap. There is 2 pair balanced Grover Huffman FX plus 2 meter $80 shipped also SX 2 meter balanced $40 shipped. He had a 8 meter balanced pair FX plus for $100 shipped but I bought them to cut up into balanced and single ended. I was shocked how good they sound, I just bought them for the hell of it, I've always been intrigued by ribbon cable. I preferred them to my Acoustic Zen silver ref 2's at one fifth the price new. Very transparent big stage and bass. if your system is bright they may not work. Even new at $200 a pair is a bargain. |
