Are there any recording artists you just can’t listen too?

My agreeing on Springsteen is actually my error in the spirit of this thread. 

I can certainly listen to his songs without turning them off. I just don't understand the cult following and mega-stardom. Same with the Grateful Dead.

But that's probably because I wasn't a pot headed, acid popping hippy. 🤔

Well, @thecarpathian , as the fans of The Beatles used to say after a hard days night of getting loaded on Nembutal, "We all live in a yellow submarine."  Then, after they slept that off, they would get together and drop acid and sing mindless repetitive choruses of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds.   

Symphonic music has always affected me like nails on a chalk board.  I bet they were using Karajan Mahler 6 as a form of torture at Abu Graib.    Prolonged exposure to that nonsense would have broke anyone.
