A person in Colorado that can repair a Belles amp

I have a Belles Ref 150 V2 amp that a bank of transistors went out on. I called Dave Belles and he said he would not repair it for me and to send it to Rich Brkich at Signature Sound in New York. I was wondering if anyone knows of someone that is very good, that is closer to the Colorado area. Or do you know anyone that could guide me in doing it? If I new which ones to get and could have them matched and knew how to bias them I think I would be ok. But I have not ever done this before. I have repaired a few things though. I am not afraid to try. Thank you for any kind help you may have.
