5GHz wifi signal interrupting bluetooth headphones

I was just using my sony headphones on my laptop and there was this consistent periodic cut off with the sound, and I remembered having a similar issue a while ago and I then somehow linked it with the wifi https://vidmate.onl/ . So I was messing around and remembered that maybe switching from 5GHz to a 2.4GHz signal would fix it, and it did. Is there any sense to this? Because nothing else seems to fix it.

Bluetooth operates at 2.4GHz and it's common for 2.4GHz WiFi to interfere with it. However you're saying that switching from 5GHz to 2.4GHz fixed your issue. Are you sure you didn't switch it the other way around? What exactly did you do?

Also, can you explain your comment, "I then somehow linked it with the wifi https://vidmate.onl/", because it makes no sense at all.
