Your favorite Small Apartment Speakers
Not the consensus for me. I have plans for a floor stander in a small space. Vivid Kaya 45 or Paradigm Persona 3F. Not big speakers but not small either. In November I will home demo the Pesona 3F.

Torus RM20 / BIT20 vs Furman IT reference 20i
Doubt the 20 year warranty applies to the anything other than the amps.I have had a Torus RM15 now running 24x7 for 9+ years without any issues (knock on wood).

@smodtactical I am definitely going to get something that allows me to go optical from Ethernet. One way is to buy an Ethernet switch that has an optical outlet (approx. $100). Then buy a cheapo optical (not toslink) wire to go directly into a DAC...
