| Pro-Ject turntables I agree with the other responses with one caveat ... stay away from the USB option. They have a built-in phono pre-amp which is unreliable beyond the warranty period and cannot easily be by-passed. | |

| Can Highend IC improve equipment downstream?? I've had some improvements with cable upgrades, but nothing like source component and speaker upgrades. IMO a point of diminishing returns on cable upgrades is reached rather quickly. So much snake oil out there, and expensive to boot. |
