Balanced cables
Sometimes folks need to realize break-in can be used as an excuse for stuff which just does not work.Half of break-in is people's ears getting acclimatized to the new and different--though not necessarily better--sound of a new component (and I in...

Do I have to brand match preamp and amp?
Or wait a couple of weeks.  These do definitely come up used with some frequency.
Audio Envy Studio Prestige Interconnects
Out of the dozens and dozens of cable manufacturers out there, what led you to AE, given that you already use an industry standard in Cardas?
Help with next upgrade
There are two or three reviews out now of the XA25 comparing its sound to the XA30.8 and/or INT-60.  The '25 is now definitely on my radar.
Speaker Jumpers - Same Brand as Speaker Cables?
Wireworld makes matching jumpers for all its speaker cables, which range over a wide gamut of prices.

I'd definitely go for the XA-25 and live with that for a while in the current--nice--setup.  Speakers might follow at some time in the future. My understanding is that moderately easy to drive speakers, the '25 sounds better, or at least different,...

The XLR input requirement is what really puts a major limitation on your options, as tube integrateds in this price range tend not to feature this, not even a "convenience" input (i.e. not genuinely balanced).  Perhaps go hybrid.
Contour 30s with Simaudio 600i
I would cheerfully drive the Contour 60s with a 600i.  BTW, there's either a v.2 of the integrated coming shortly or perhaps it's out.
Classical Music for Aficionados
Found the NGRSO 8 coupled with the 9th for cheaper than the 8th on its own.  Added to cart.
Rolling KT150s in Primaluna hp integrated
FWIW, I briefly replaced the Tung-Sol KT120's in the CMII, and rolled in Genelex Gold Lion KT88's.  Perhaps they were slightly sweeter, but I missed the greater authoritativeness of the 120's.
Wide dispersion + high efficiency + detail + coherence in a speaker?
Spatial Audio X2.
Proac D48R
If that combo sounds good, I can only wonder what the new Virtuoso will sound like with the D48R's.
Class D is just Dandy!
Seems like there's a great deal of very positive buzz (no pun intended) about the Bel Canto REF600M's, and at 5K/pr they're not in the stratosphere.  I wonder how they would sound against a 5K Pass design.
