Antique restoration company.  They're used to dealing with delicate materials and high quality finishes. 
Why don't speaker mfg list amps and associated equip they use to " voice " their sound?
Vandersteen, Audio Note, ATC, several *do* make amp components.For many reasons (including envy from all the other manufacturers) it would be a PR nightmare for, say, Focal or B&W or Wilson to name names.

There are so many possibilities.If you have a suspended floor with standard joists, OSB, underlayment and carpet, and then put an offcut of granite on top of that, should be speaker be "spiked" to the granite, with just the points touching?  Isoac...
