NAD 1600 Receiver
Still using a decades-old 2125 receiver in a 4th system. NAD was amazingly well-built and offered tremendous value. From what I've read, that's not the case today, sadly. Really liked their products.

Vandersteen's play well with NAD. Used 1s or 2s can be had for $800 or less. I've owned both models, matched w NAD, PS Audio, Denon and Krell. Always sound musical. Easy to drive. I love them. YMMV...
