Tennis balls, cut in half, can offer a surprising amount of isolation in some instances. Place three or four under the component. Try them "upside down" or "right side up". They have worked for me, but as usual YMMV.Tom

If the speakers have separate binding posts for highs and lows, then, yes you can run two identical runs of speaker cable attached to a single output post on the amp and each binding post on the speaker. Don't use the A and B posts on the amp.

@canibefrank, probably better to use double runs of same cables, connected to same output of amp and separate terminals on speakers.Bi-wiring uses one amp, bi-amping uses two or more amps.

Agree about bi-wiring rather than bi-amping, unless the OP is very savvy and dedicated.

I'm using 2Cs with  Krell 300W/4 ohms in a 14x14 dedicated room. Didn't sound wonderful until placed room treatments on all four walls and ceiling. Plus speaker position and listening chair position are critical. Also the dedicated AC line helped ...
