Spacers for Rega P3
Pete Riggles makes a really nice VTA adjustment for your arm/table. Might be a good choice. Check him out at vtaf.com

Tvad & Paul When some one who reads one of my threads and calls me to order a piece of gear I mentioned I will immediately contact you both. Until that day comes however it is probably not worth getting you knickers in a knot. I trust that gon...
Need suggestions about replacing a Classe' 2200
I hate to mention this but perhaps your upgrade bug would be better cared for if you changed speakers. A lot more would happen to the sound of you system then just going from one solid state amp to another. Bang for the buck.

Hope these don't have to be really expensive speakers to qualify for this discussion. I heard the Wilson Benesch Curves at the RMAF last year. They sounded pretty good to my ears.

Hey..... You go first. Then I get to criticize. The winner is the last person to suggest a phono stage.
Help buying fullrange speakers for $1500
The very best speaker that you could possibly purchase, and I am talking full range with lots of bass, perhaps not the very most musical bass, but bass never the less would be, in my opinion........................drum roll please..............a g...

JfiveeightYou might look into Pete Riggles VTA. A very cheap upgrade for the Rega. Stick with the Denon.

TvadYou are correct. Anytime a dealer/manufactures makes any statement smart readers should weigh the statements made. In addition since Audiogon is a place where people sell their used gear even though they are not dealers/manufactures, readers s...

This is a great thread. I use my name, Sounds Real Audio every time I leave a thread. I can't be clearer then that. You must take Audiofall's advice and take what he says with a grain of salt, in every regard.
Do all good interconnects sound the same?
I am always amazed that some of the people that design some of the best audio components use some of the crappiest components to drive them with or listen to them from. My belief is a good amplifier designer should have experience with a good rang...
Dehavilland 50A has anyone purchased one?
I think you would much prefer the 50A's, not just because of their bass but the entire range. Very rich and textured with single ended type voices and instruments and sound stage and focus and natural sound and no grain and no glare and non fatigu...
Speakers with deep base
Be careful what you wish for! If you had a graph of a speaker that had "abundant" bass then it might appear (and sound ) like the highs were rolled off.
