Get rid of the Dunlavys?
For acoustic music reproduction along with female vocals, I would "think outside the box". Nothing does this music as well as planers or e-stats IMO.Take a couple of cd's of your choice and go have a listen, try something by Jacintha as a test for...

Budget amp for Dahlquist DQ-10's
You may be fine with the old Bryston, I don't remember my DQ-10's as ever being a bright sounding speaker. It's been a lot of years..don't the DQ-10's have Mid/Treb. controls on them that allow some adjustment? I may be thinking of another pair of...

NikThe Infocus X1 along with a few other models are great projectors for people with limited needs..like me. While these bang for buck units don't display the number of lines that the higher priced models do, they still look outstanding with DVD's...

I've got both, My 55" HD-TV is in one room and my projector is in another. I didn't mention a projector in my above post because it did not sound like something you were thinking about. My RPTV has a dvd player hooked to it but is used for general ...

For dvd's, a 16.9 screen is a must..that means Hi-Def is a must. If this is just going to be a dvd player and RPTV then it should be very easy for you. Pick a company that has a good service record for their products. After that, go to the usual s...
No on-screen display for Adcom processor
NTSC is the U.S. video standard. I could be wrong but, you might want to check and see if the on-screen display needs a seperate video cable to work. I had an Onkyo that worked this way.Dave
Surround music ?
A little research on your part before you buy will go a long way. Many multichannel disc's are recorded with just the right amount of signal in the surround channels..If I were you, these are the ones I would buy.Dave
