I fail to see what’s so “strange” about seeking help with a common problem in playing records. The question is (which some have answered) how do you deal with stuck or skipping records that have been ALREADY cleaned?Thank you to those who took the...

I’m glad to hear all the corroborating responses to my observations.As is said above, It’s not mutually exclusive that physiology and warm up time are both possibilities.

Can an “audiophile” ever be satisfied with a system?
That is an excellent question. Currently I am very satisfied with my system and have been since I got some new stuff, months ago. But.....Right this minute, I’m wondering (to quote the popular song) “Is that all there is?”So, I believe it all come...

Well, maybe 45 minutes is an exaggeration, but it certainly is NOT my ears accommodating to the sound.  The improvement is quite palpable.

Well, Mea Culpa.I thought it was too good to be true.It turns out the transport I thought I was buying was the Cyrus XT signature.Instead it is the CD XT model.  Quite different.Cancelled the order.
