Hi,as a user of SC-III, placement on the long wall is the starting point. They favour and take advantage of all the width you can spare.Space behind speaker should be greater from what on the sides and not equal if you want to avoid cancelations.Th...
THE GOLDEN AGE OF TURNTABLES!
Hi,probably misstyped, press is the right word. Original pressings do sound better, no argue here.
THE GOLDEN AGE OF TURNTABLES!
Hi,why do i have the feeling that the inspired and top notch tt’s of yesterday if manafactured with todays standards and materials would most likely outperform (in musicality at least) the majority of current silly designs? Everything is not infor...

Which has richer tonality, the Holland e188cc or the USA 7308?
Hi,depends where you want to use them for, and believe that 1960-1964 are the ones to seek. USA 7308’s cannot go wrong, are nice, quiet with very good bass but a bit relaxed on top always leaving something to be desired. Holland ones sound more co...
Upgrade Suggestions - Entry Level Setup
Hi,you may also consider KEF LS50 they will give you more authority and better bass. From there a better amp would be my second upgrade when ready.
have you ever bought stereo without listening first
Hi,mistakes happen when our knowledge on paper is about average.  The worst was a pair of B&W 803Matrix replacing TDL Studio 2.On a Yamaha C-2a i got away easily selling it after a month to a guy who got it without listening!
