Luxman C900u owners
In the other thread someone suggested using an XLR/RCA adapter or cable.  An outboard crossover seems overly complicated. I agree you should contact Luxman directly.
Selling towers - keep getting bad actors/scammers when doing local pickup only.
Have a conversation with them about the loudspeakers and their system. When they come to pick them up let a friend know and arrange to contact them after the sale.  The buyer with $4k in cash has more to worry about being scammed then you do.
Is it possible to really know what you're doing?
You don't have to know anything, you can just pay somebody who does know.  There was a time when that was the role of the audio dealer.  Now people are into the "journey" and want to make their own choices.  Some people quickly figure stuff out an...
Need to get off of bluetooth.... looking for a wifi streamer for my budget
Stay with what you have until you can truly afford something better.  Interim solutions are a waste of money.  I imagine you would be perfectly happy If it wasn't for people on this forum telling you to ditch BT.  Be happy and be patient.  Good th...
Why not the piano as a reference for bass
A Clavinova is a clavinova and Yamaha does not market it as a concert instrument.  It's a wonderful home oriented piece of technology.
Upgrade from Joseph Audio Pearls?
Based upon what I've read in this thread Soix overreacted to Audiotroy's fairly benign comments.  Is there something else going on here?  Carry over from another thread possibly?
Best way to spend my money
Do the phono preamp power supply upgrade.  Since you list it I assume it's within your budget.  A 15 foot balanced cable doesn't have to cost much.  Pro music stores sell them by the boatload.
Does Chat GPT just give you the answer you are hoping for?
How did it make an evaluation of your system's performance without getting into issues of setup, electrical service and room acoustics?  Did they have pictures or diagrams of your listening space? In this case, I think it's telling you something ...
MBL Insolvent
Now might be the right time to buy MBL equipment.  You should be able to get substantial discounts? I imagine someone will buy up the rights to their loudspeaker technology.
Real musicians don't need "awards."
The RHOF is own thing, but the title to this thread strongly implies that people who have been inducted are not real musicians.  Not true!  Do you think all of them also lack integrity?
Why the huge increase in the price of Sonus Farber Amanti G5 speakers.
Unless you are about to buy a Sonus Faber loudspeaker, then why do you even care what the MSRP is?  How does it effect you?  While I found this thread interesting I really don't care what a Sonus Faber loudspeaker costs.  My interest in the thread...
Seeking horn array loudspeakers with a maximum price of $17,500.00 per pair.
sounds rich, full bodied and dynamic at 50-55 decibel levels I question if that is possible with any loudspeaker.
Need help matching speakers with amplifer
Yes, both amps will work well.  All things being equal the 100 watt should provide slightly more dynamic headroom.  Your loudspeakers are not hard to drive nor do they need high power amps.
Does cover art of an album or recording influences your purchase?
The album covers are not as important as the music, but they are critical to the overall vinyl experience.  Imagine a world where they were all just plain white cardboard?
Need help matching speakers with amplifer
The 15-200 watts spec gives a range of RMS watts the loudspeaker will adequately perform.  If the spec is accurate, for it might not be, you could use up to 200 watts of continuous power with this model loudspeaker. By reputation the Boston Acous...
