| Vintage equipment sounds awesome @hoghead1 Tube rolling is where it's at. I swapped the power tubes in a power supply and it is night and day. You might try new Tung Sol 7581A in place of the 6L6GC. | |

| Whats on your turntable tonight? Lots of records all day today. So I added a vintage all tube rectified and regulated power supply to my Croft phono amp. Basically replaced the HT power transformer and cheap rectifier diodes with the output from a high-quality lab supply. |
