I have an idea for an audio product what should I do? Paul McGowan of PS Audio is a good ear for advice. Like deadhead1000 said, you need to do the preliminaries first. Good luck.
Devore O vs Audionote @wolf_garcia Agreed. Compare a $50k speaker with a new SUV. It's just silly.

Nagaoka MP 300 Cartridge Depends on quality of turntable, tonearm, and vinyl, cleanliness of same, and the setup accuracy of the cartridge and cleanliness (again) of the stylus. Low end 300 hours. Best conditions, 500-800 hours
Purchasing barely used NAD gear I wouldn't do it. Recapping is a drag you don't need and won't want to do. Seek out other avenues.

VPI turntables Not a huge fan of VPI tables but the Prime with 3D arm will definitely be an improvement. Whether it is the best way to move forward is another day's work.
