Not really following but sounds like you need a sub plate amp. I’d be cautious about using both drivers in one box.

Test it and see. Fit it and play demanding tracks. If it sounds excellent with good separation and soundstage, and doesn’t jump, skip, buzz, or distort, you’re good.  
So I bought the Willsenton R-800i
Cart before the horse. Always listen to original first.  Unfortunately without any reference point it will be hard for me to describe the sound of the amp accurately.
