TANNOY will stop Hi-FI ? Nice Tannoy story! We used to do things like that back in the ol’den days in our "lab" at Lafayette Radio and Radio Shack. Customers walking in, lots of tubes tested for free, fuses and styluses replaced, free battery cards, etc. Also checked out...
What does clipping sound like? It’s not clipping if no correlation with turning up the volume. Something else then that would have to be isolated by testing one change at a time.
What does clipping sound like? It sounds like distortion with any source that gets worse as you turn up the volume knob rather than things getting louder. |
