Would A DAC Help Very Much? Paul, simple yet effective setup is computer usb connected to dac into your amp/integrated etc. use puremusic app with Itunes and an outboard hard drive to store your music....suggest a backup hard drive to protect all the time it took to load you... | |

Changing sides- Adventures in tubeland don't change anything until you've become very familiar with the sound you have now that you like....you may not want to change and any change you make might make you lose what you have....I'm a tube fan myself. | |
What CD drive to use with DAC? BTW if you have your cd's in your computer then connect to the dac with a usb cable and use a gui like itunes...you don't need a cd player | |

Voltage regulation I use tubed amp and a voltage regulator Exact Power EP15A...it holds the current at a constant 120 volts....good for tube life and also sound. there are others out there that do the same thing. | |
