Stuff You Tried To Love
Pair of Spendor S3/5 speakers for a child's bedroom system.  i would have liked better highs and bass.  Even the midrange felt flat.  Still got'em on a shelf in the garage.
Jazz for aficionados

Anthony (Tony) Cordesman has passed away
RIP AHC! I was a fan of his reviews in Stereophile and then TAS.  And I remember seeing him interviewed during the Gulf War.  What a fine learned gentleman.
Best Covers
And one of my all time faves, Charles Earland’s cover of "More Today Than Yesterday’ originally by Spiral Staircase. Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder, reportedly in a single take.
Best Covers
Atlanta Rhythm Section's cover of "Spooky" by the Classics IV.
Favorite Obscure Rock Song
Not sure if it qualifies as "obscure" but I like All of You by Don Felder from the Heavy Metal soundtrack.
Your greatest high end audio purchase!!!
My vinyl rig --  VPI TNT HRX fitted with a Graham Phantom arm mounting a Koetsu Rosewood Signature cartridge with a custom Gingko dustcover.  Feeds a Manley Steelhead phono preamp.
Your Not-So-Obvious Best Fidelity LPs
