| Will Push-Pull Triode amp 20-25 WPC work? You should be totally fine in my opinion. Driving less efficient monitors in a slightly smaller room with 17 PP EL34 watts just fine. | |

| K2 HDCD Recordings FWIW I own many K2's including the Kind of Blue you mention and I find them to be uniformly excellent. Consistently amongst the best recorded cd's I have heard. HDCD or not they are well worth seeking out. | |
| Gone are the days of the great audition. I was just over at Deja Vu Audio in Mclean Va just outside DC and they had a number of Proac towers setup and playing. Great sound and really great people to deal with. Lots of super cool gear to ogle too! | |
