| When do you turn off the tubes? Yes if I am listening to music and say turn the TV on to catch a show or game or something I will leave it on because I plan to listen after. Or in the case of a game during if it's not going well. :) | |

That is how most streamers work I have an Auralic Aries Mini my Synology 214-play is connected to my modem/router and communicates wirelessly with the Mini. | |

| Qobuz. Bob I gave up Spotify years ago due to the poor sound quality and have used Tidal ever since. Now I need to decide if I need both Tidal and Quobuz. I like them both at least I have a free month to figure it out. | |
| Qobuz. Ok so far through three albums on Quobuz and loving it! I think the sound quality is a bit better than Tidal and certainly at least as good. Jazz selections seem excellent thus far as well. | |

| Trouble with 20-bit HDCD That is very odd an HDCD disc should play fine on any CD transport. If you don't have HDCD decoding in your DAC you won't get the full benefit of HDCD but the disc should still play. |
