| Do we ask too much of our audio systems? A live performance in my room would be too damned loud! I'll take warm rich natural sound that I can connect with and that's what I have. Works for me, no grails here holy or otherwise. | |

| Does anyone collect something else other than music. Wine I am in the wine business not an enormous cellar maybe 300 or so bottles mostly Burgundy, Tuscany, Peidmont, and Champagne. Also brandy I have 13 different bottles working mostly Cognac and Armagnac with one CA brandy and one Marc de Bourgogne. | |

| Possible ac line static. Is there a modem/router anywhere near your stereo? Also light dimmers in your room are a common cause of AC noise. | |
| Stealth Audio loudspeaker cables - time to replace after almost 10 years? If you are using your system on a regular basis I don't think cables ever degrade. Might something else sound better? Sure but perhaps not and if you're happy with the sound you're getting why change? | |

| What to upgrade to? Bob perhaps try reaching out to Vu at Deja Vu and getting some cartridge recs that match up well with your phono pre. Vu's given me tons of great advice over the years he really knows good sound. | |
