| Class A or AB Solid State Integrated Amp for Spendor D9's - Coming from Tubes Um no you don't need 300 watts to drive Spendors. Your list is a good one I would lean towards Luxman but I also like goldprintaudio's Sugden suggestion. Great speakers btw congrats! | |

| Ever Hear a Tube CD player? I used to have a Tube Technology Fusion 64 tubed CD player it was totally fantastic I love it. It died one day and replaced it with a tubed Dac now I stream. | |

| Bass Driver Size - how much better is an extra inch? I went from two way monitors with a 6" woofer to two way monitors with a 8" woofer. Not only is there more bass but the quality of the bass changed. It seems more tuneful and resonant for lack of a better description. | |
