| JAN / Phillips 5814A / 12AU7 Tube Have been using some RCA 3 mica 5814As with nice results, not bright at all. Same with GE 5814s. have not tried the philips. You might also try some 12AV7s. they have a bit more gain than the 12AU7, but also have their own sonic signature. | |
