Aragon, Parasound or Bryston should also note the Brystons have a 20 year fully trasferable warranty and a very good rep for repair services. get a 10 year old sst/sst2 and still have 10 years left of warranty. as I have not heard any of them I can't judge by sound but qualit...
Who thinks $5K speaker cable really better than generic 14AWG cable? its not really a blind test anyway as you told them what cable was in the chain regardless if you didn't change it or not. should have been cable A,B and C with them making comments on each cable then tell them what cable they liked and didn't.

I looked at ways to integrate Tidal/Roon into my system for some time after also looking at the Node 2 and others I ended up buying one of these Ausus VivoPC VM42 (or one of the many versions they have) multiple USB ports an Optical out to go to ...

Luxman vs. Accuphase Lots of great info in this post. I've been thinking of upgrading to a newer Luxman (550-590 class A) from my current Luxman 1986 vintage L560 50wc Class A (only lacking a remote to fully satisfy me). i'm on the fence too so this information in the...
VPI Scout 2 vs. Luxman PD 441 I just grabbed recently a Jelco SA-750L that's the 12" version for my Garrard 301 they run from $600ish to $800 for a 9",10".12" arm i think the 9" is about $600 US. I'm very impressed with the build quality and value. Way better then a moded R...
who likes the new changes of how you view the categories on this site ? separate the dealers from the rest tired of looking at 80% dealer adds and a few other sellers left. hell limit them too, just try looking at the tube integrated pages its all one dealer/brand ok exaggeration, but really too much. suppose they pay...

Tubeyist sounding Pre-amp? in the Cary line the spl94 was better imo then the 98 the 94 had tube rectification the 98 had moved on to SS. I had a 94 slightly moded one with AudionNote caps and it was very musical and warm. I liked it better then the 98 but hard to find one...
Please help! - Buy VPI Classic or keep Technics 1200 oh with well over 100,000 301's and 74,000 401 sold there is so much out there for them.
Please help! - Buy VPI Classic or keep Technics 1200 I would suggest after many detailed but yet non-musical tables you go the Garrard 301-401 road. may be a bit more time to put one together but in the end you will have something that will last your lifetime. with tons of upgrades and plinth choice...
