| Kanta 3 or Sopra 2 No, I use a highly modified Carver TFM 45 & PS Audio BHK tube pre. Makes a great sound stage. Lots of air. I can't speak highly enough of the Kantas. | |

| Room size for hi end speakers. Too small?? My room is about your size. I had a set of 803s. I had to listen a little louder than I liked to get the B&Ws to open up. I now have Focal Kanta 3s & they sound way better at lower volume. | |

| Upgrade Carver to Tube Carver question. I do remember a Carver pre I had yrs ago. I tried an inexpensive Rotel & it was like the fog lifted. I ran the Rotel until I got the BHK pre & the fog lifted again. much better. | |

| PS Audio BHK owners I guess so, Paul did say the volume control is tricky to make. He was proud of his even though it might pop at 34 or close to that. Who'd have thought a volume control would be hard to do. Live & learn. | |
