@ CAKIDS, Your speaker are now bi-amp. (SS) amp on the woofers, tube amp on the tweeters. I think it is a great way to run speakers. I am glad your happy with the sound.

@ RWATSON, Both mrdecibel and cleeds are right. The hiss is the amps dynamic range. To remove the hiss you will need gain controls on the amp. Or install them on the amp interconnects. The hum is maybe the amp transformer?

@ SABIH I do not use a ( step up /down transformer. ) My amps are voltage sensing. What ever voltage they see that is what they run on....Min/100V.Max/250V....
