I want to introduce my nephew to hi end with your help!
Introduce him to the high end, but for the love of good, if you truly care about him, NEVER tell him about Audiogon.
Scotch? No thanks. Whats the best Vodka.?
Don't think Tito's lives up to all the hype, IMO.

I've been digging Jean Marc XO for a while.
Fed up with people making noise at classical shows
Last night I heard Denes Varjon perform Chopin, Schumann and Haydn at Kimmel Center in Philadelphia.  Including with the coughing and other noises, a cell phone rang durring Chopin's Nocturne in B flat major.  Last week at a performance of Brahms'...

Anyone else compare the INT to high quality separates?
ENTIRE SYSTEM NEEDED TO SELL
My condolences. How about listing the components here and ask members to send you PRIVATE messages offering their opinions on pricing. Also, like somone said earlier, go with the members with the best feedback?
I think I've Just Seen Absolute Proof That Audiophiles Are Insanely Gullible

Anyone have/ordered the Job 225?
I read one if your other posts again. In it, you say the heatsinks get much hotter the louder you go. I'm wondering if the Job might not like seeing an 84db speaker. I find this hard to believe, though.  I've read that the 225 puts out more power ...
Anyone have/ordered the Job 225?
Granny, I agree with George in that the 225 is very "passive friendly" as long as output impedance of source isn't too high. However, its input impedance is 51K.....not 100K.  Also, most every source has at least 2V output. What concerns me is the ...
Anyone have/ordered the Job 225?
Hmm.Like I said, I'll check tomorrow in the a.m. and post my findings. At the temp you're describing, it's like it was class A or something.

Well, you DID also say it was a hum, so that's why I suggested grounding issue. I could be wrong. I'm nowhere near an expert on this.
