High End Amp Price Collapse musings
MHO...Class D has already surpassed all else in terms of 'units in service', if you count cell phones and any portable digital device.  As for the quality, it'll turn on demand.  What with the rise of headphones and ear buds, that is what will ult...

Rubbers are noted to react to atmospheric 'additives'...note your car's wiper blades.   Even those are complex compounds...I'll still stand pat on my observation; the mfr. should send a new set gratis.  They're feet, FGS.  How much can they spend ...
Is this a disgrace to the Industry ?
*G*  The only thing the 'object of discussion' lacks is a graphic on the top that hypnotizes the user into thinking that it's 'state of the art'....which we all know is advert BS and hype...It's just another tech toy...  I'll wish them luck, hope ...

*L*  As a tangential tracking 'fan' for decades, I'll at least applaud the approach.  Watching work is amusing and I remember the VW van version.  Now that was a piece of trash...Now, Kappa, please.  Sit down, take a deep breath, just chill for a ...

*G* Not familiar with the rest of the album...heard 'Blue' on a Euro streamcaster that I like to listen to (all the commercials are in a language I don't speak nor understand, so they're not annoying) and snatched it with Spotify.  My 'collection'...

High End Ethernet Cables ....Real Deal or Snake Oil
Hey Eric, I guess everybody got bored of talking about speaker cables and the more 'typical' interconnects 'twixt 'regular' equipment...now it's off on digital signal transfer quality.  I can't wait for the discussion on fibre optical cables....*L...
Think twice before concluding some thing sounds better
Gentlemen, this is an amazing occurrence.  We're in general agreement on the subject in discussion. *G*Once upon a time in the distant galaxy known as CA, I used to haunt Pacific Stereo outlets and other retailers to the point that other customers...
Think twice before concluding some thing sounds better
Hi, guys....I throw my vote and HO with geoff, esp. the last paragraph.  It's a moving target; your space vs. the showroom, your equipment and peripherals vs. theirs, and 'broken in' and familiar music selections vs. the unknown age and use of wha...
