The best plug in filter ever!
@goofyfoot totally agree with your experience on Akiko. As always, the answer to me doesn’t seem to be either or. Much rather a gradual approach to find out what’s best for what has resulted in the following approach to cleaning up the power: Ak...
Has anyone used the new Innuos 2.0 Sense music app? Compared it to Roon?
@sns, other than CPU noise clocking matters at least as much. Depending on the connection chosen you need to either clock the dac in USB asynchronous mode or both dac and server with superior clocking through the same device. Unfortunately all co...
Master Clock for the SOtM SMS-200 Ultra Neo SE
If you use Usb in asynchronous mode all that needs clocking is the dac since it slaves the server. On all other protocols except I2S clocking the server matters greatly since it embeds the accurate clock signal that the dac uses.

@sns  Trouble with that is that the more powerful the processor the higher the noise level…

I have found out why new cables and tweaks actually work!
Yawn: we started with a Swiffer and end up in senseless discussion about fuses and powercables? Peace on earth and Merry Christmas to all

@atmasphere  I find it quite incredible how many people on A‘gon indulge in absolutist and arrogant language without any knowledge basis for their argument. Don‘t be discouraged by them, your contributions are always well founded and instructive....
