Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO

The Monty Alexander Quintet-Ivory & Steel(CJP-124) Side 1 SQ Audiophile

Jackson 5-Victory Side 1

Kiss-Alive II Side 3

Joe Sample-Carmel Side 2 SQ Audiophile

Tom Petty/Heartbreakers-"Damn The Torpedoes" Side 1 SQ*

Sammy Hagar-Standing Hampton Side 1

Eagles-ST Side 1 SQ*

Donna Fargo-My Second Album Side 1

With 2 Audiophile SQ recordings and 2 near misses(SQ*) makes for an average SQ night. Only Ms. Fargo had average(at best)SQ that sounded like it was recorded for AM radio. "Carmel" takes the SQ crown having a very wide and open soundstage.

Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and Infinite Sadness

Recently re-release on vinyl in a beautiful package with book of lyrics and book of history of each track.  Just awesome!
