No crossover is needed for either 8 or 16 ohm version. Pretty good sounding, but they don’t cover the high or low frequencies really well. I have enjoyed them for what they are!
I googled this driver and I found evidence it has been used as a woofer, but I also found it is somewhat "full range" and was designed as a guitar amp speaker, not the best for general music listening. but if indeed it is "full range", then no crossover needed.
